As usual, the best experience, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by the sweetest girls in the front. Dr. Patel has gentle hands and a great hygienist that takes her time educating you about proper tools and best ways to properly floss and brush your teeth. Just overall an excellent team.
I have a fear of the dentist and I informed the sweet angels at the front desk . They were so kind and assuring. Dr Patel was excellent and the hygienist was so patient and kind. I am so happy to be a patient at this office.Beautiful kind staff❤️🥰
The staff was very helpful and clear about the procedures and cost. The Dr. was gentle and kept constant communication during the procedures and answered any and all questions I had. My root canal was painless during and after the surgery. I came back for the crown a couple weeks later and the temporary crown stayed intact. The permanent crown matches my teeth perfectly. Highly recommend this office.
I just want to say I hate coming to the Dentist! The staff here was so welcoming and friendly. They talked me through every step of the way and showed great care for their patients. I am very happy with the service here. Even though I still don’t like the dentist, I am grateful for the staff here at Ontario Dental Center for making it a little more tolerable. A+
This was my third visit, and I continue to be impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone is so pleasant and truly focused on making sure you’re comfortable. Liz, the dental hygienist, was especially kind and continuously checked in to see how I was doing . I honestly wish I could give more than five stars because they deserve it! Like many people, I’ve always had anxiety about going to the dentist, but for the first time, I feel at ease knowing I’ll be well taken care of at my future visits .... read more
