My husband and I booked 2 rooms for our group 6 months in advance & I asked my husband to call the hotel because I had a weird feeling and “what ifs” about it, turns out the hotel is closed for renovations and not once did we get a call or email or text message, nothing about it, and we’re 2 weeks away from going to Ontario, so inconsiderate of all the people who have booked.

It was closed I made the reservation pay for it and got to replace and he was closed it was under remodelation!!!

These people took my money and all the other people that we booked a conference for at this location. Showed up on the day of and the parking lot was completely empty with a sign out from saying they are closed for renovations as of 2 days ago. We booked our rooms a month ago and they never ONCE emailed or called anyone to tell us they would be closed at the time of our reservations. This hotel has some age but is well kept. I've got to admit, I had a better nights sleep here than Ive had at other hotels in quite some time. Although they do not offer a free breakfast (which was a bit disappointing) they do offer a rather hearty breakfast buffet that is well managed and well kept. The breakfast wait staff has got to be the MOST polite, attentive, and hardworking staff I may have ever encountered at a hotel! This was a great stay! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
