Unless you want your property managed by a company that does not care about your house, you should not work with this company. Bought a house that was “managed” by this company 6 months ago. We could not get rid of the pee smell from the carpets no matter how hard we tried. Come to find out after pulling up the carpet and padding, the sub floor was soaked. 90% stains in guest bedroom and 10% stains in master. Thank you to Beth (who has been talking back and forth with me and has been so personable, super friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive) and the staff for listing our rental home in less than a week and renting it out within three days!!! So far this is has been the easiest thing my husband and I have had to ever deal with as far as moving and renting being a military family in the 7 years we have been married! We appreciate all the work ya'll do and look forward to the future working with all of you!!!!
