This place is a COMPLETE joke!!. I dealt with Jill. They will gladly take all of your info, and money, and choose how they will respond. They DO NOT have the professionalism to contact you direct if you're denied. I am a single parent of 3, and a credit rating was the decision. They NEVER called one of my Personal or Rental references. The fact that I have not been able to pay some medical bills, was the decision. Do not rent from these people. They will steal your deposit money for bogus, inflated charges. This happened to us and now we are forced to sue to get our money back.

Exceptional property management company. Extremely professional and caring since day one. These are a group of property managers that don't see their tenants as profit. Every single person has been an absolute pleasure to meet and work with. Their online payment and maintenence request service is top notch. They have served us well the past year.
Onsite has provided management services to our HOA for the past year and a half. We are very pleased with the excellent level of professionalism exhibited by every member of the staff at Onsite. They are proactive in providing advice and guidance on HOA matters and always respond quickly to questions and requests for help or information. It has been invaluable to have Chris Capizzo at our board and annual HOA meetings. We truly appreciate the care and service all the Onsite staff consistently provide.
