If you are thinking of renting any of this companies properties, please think again!! I signed a lease for one of their properties at the height of covid with only pictures to rely on. Upon move in, I could see that the pictures were clearly outdated and angled just right so none of the unsightly parts of the property could be spotted. Want to get completely taken advantage of? This is the management company for you! Their contracted maintenance people destroy your rental house, their team is blatantly rude and disrespectful to you, they charge you for everything that they can possibly think of and more!! I was even charged an additional $70 on top of my security deposit for utilities that they used, cleaning fees that totaled almost $1000, and more outrageously priced fees. Sheila at Onsite fails to read emails and answer phone calls. Simple projects like replacing mailboxes are never completed. Fines are issued without following proper procedures. As a homeowner, I am disappointed with their unprofessional behavior. Hopefully we can convince the board to get rid of them soon.
RecommendedOnsite manages two of our properties. They are excellent! I see why they have won so many awards I see on their office walls. This is absolutely the worst management company I have ever dealt with. As property managers ourselves I was horrified by the way they treat their tenants during their lease and after they depart. Our son started his lease a year ago fresh out of college and moved into an apartment that had not been cleaned. He and his roommates sent work orders in during their lease to have a door fixed that was broken when they arrived and to have appliances fixed. Nothing was ever done. Hi Shannon, I also did note that your son moved into the property as a roommate addition. The person he moved in with had been living in the property for two years before your son moved in. You are correct, we do not clean properties while tenants are living there, so we would not have had the property cleaned when he moved in.
