OnSite was spectacular to work with right from the beginning. We were able to sign up online for an inspection on a Sunday evening and they still got back to us very quickly. Hands down the best inspection experience! So professional and truly expert! They were so good that we were able to revise an offer on a home by 45k because of their exceptional and detailed work. Brian was incredibly responsive and helpful in scheduling us and getting us an inspection scheduled in very short order. Chris was awesome and walked us through all the things we needed to be aware of and he put together an incredibly detailed report that was in our inbox the same night!! 5 stars is too few to give!
My wife is going to be giving birth on Monday and that's the only day they had available to do an inspection, but we really wanted to be there for a walkthrough. OnSite went above and beyond to move some things around to get the inspection done same day as the request so we could walk through with the inspector. Absolutely incredible on their part to make it all work out without a hitch.

Jeff was really thorough with the inspection, love his attention to detail and his patients on answering every little question I had, Really impress with him and the company.
Brian was helpful and informative; got us set up for an appointment with clear instructions. I love that they send you an email with the name and photo of the inspector who will be coming so you know who to inspect. Jeff (our inspector) was thorough and informative. Sent me a detailed report of his analysis that same night. Honestly, it was an incredibly positive experience all around.
