Great value for the Herman Miller Aeron. it appeared and all of the adjustments worked perfectly. When I arrived to pick this chair up, they spent time going through all of the adjustments and explained the various seat positions, etc. It comes with a 1 year warranty too. When I was there a guy brought a chair back that he had purchased, that had a problem. The chair was replaced, no questions asked......
