I had a good experience with this branch and a gal named Kyle, who helped me set up my new accounts with Onpoint. everything went smoothly and well with her. BUT I have to say that I stopped in today to use the ATM out front of the branch to make a cash deposit and the machine made a bunch of awful noises and ended up saying " we cannot return your items" and spit out a receipt that said "contact your financial institution" so I went into the branch to get my money back, and a very rude personal banker said that the only opt... read more
Shout out to Angelica Martinez, who was very professional , made the procedure for my loan very easy!!! Everyone give her a pat in the back.
Absolutely impossible to get a hold of through phone, don’t bother with the 7077 number..you can’t even get past the options screen as none of the numbers do anything, called a different number and was able to get past the options screen but when I tells me to press one to save my spot in line nothing happens. Waiting over an hour. Can’t wait to get another bank.
