I worked with Angelica at this location to refinance my car loan with OnPoint community credit union when I got approved for my car loan refinanced I had the best rate they had and I was also told at the same time that whenever car loan rates drop my car loan will automatically drop 0.25 I just called and talked with someone and they say they do not do that as that is a lie because I was told by Angelica that would happen as this is not happening I will most likely be changing banks! it also says it on their website that it ... read more
