I fired Onofreo. I regret ever hiring them because I had to pay other people to fix what they had no clue about. The Onofreo tech was rude and dismissive. Claimed the unit COULD NOT EVEN BE DIAGNOSED because it was too cold out. A week later I had a competent tech here that diagnosed AND fixed the unit without issue. I hired Onofreo to do a routine maintenance on my many units. They flunked that too. Paying to maintain the units should have prevented the leaks and clogged lines I ended up with and all of the repainting I had... read more
