If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Save your money and go someplace that will actually do what they promise. This place is the worst, everything about this place is terrible. Please, don’t go to them, and don’t give them any of your money because you can’t trust this Business.
It's been over a month since I was approved by their Doctor. I only have phone no computer so extremely difficult to enter information on my state website. While trying to enlarge instructions I keep losing the information I've entered. Yes it's operator error but there's no customer support. I'm trying to get card for severe osteoarthritis and it's extremely difficult to type on this small screen. They don't care if I get a card and won't refund my $179 saying I was approved but I have no card.
waited all day for a call back and am still waiting. i have bad medical issues with my stomach and called to get my lic. paid and was told to waite so i waited and waited they called right away, trying to sell me product's and told me to wait called back after waiting all day and was told rudely that the day was not over and hung up on total waist of time and fifty bucks know I have to change my credit card coz they have the number
There was a good patient person helping me.They are very interested to help a client, And I will recommend anyone who is interested in dealing with knowledgeable personnel !!
Great customer service. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their medical card. setting up the appointment was very easy and fast! They called right back, and I got my card about two weeks later.
