Very kind, helpful and transparent. I liked the car very much but found a car with less miles and newer.
While I was waiting to see the car, I saw a customer come in, look for a salesman, walked out, looked at the cars at the dealership, came back in, walked out and left. The only salesman was sitting at his desk, staring a his cell phone. The customer was never even acknowledged. My experience was good.
Sean got back to me right away and answered all the questions promptly. He even brought the car by to where I was staying when I visited Phoenix so that I could test drive the car. I would highly recommend him.
Very helpful with all information.. However we did not make a deal, they still provided me with useful information.
