Stopped in to online automotive I have not purchased a vehicle yet from them yet but the owner Ken was very helpful and a pleasure to work with no pressure to buy a car a great pleasure to deal with unlike most dealerships today I highly recommend I have not purchased yet but most likely it will be with online automotive
Polite and knowledgeable
They attended to everything but a few details. I paid to have bluetooth installed. It’s been a month and they still haven’t installed the Bluetooth. Two days after I brought the car home , the battery died and had to purchase a new one for around 200. They said they’d reimburse me but never did. Also they were going to update the navigation but never did. They were suppose to send me the paperwork for the two year warranty but never did.
