From the beginning, things felt off. Management changed frequently, making it difficult to get clear answers or consistent support. Just moved in about a week ago. We worked with Miranda throughout the entire application process and she was so delightful to work with. Extremely responsive to calls and emails. I have previously lived in places before where front offices do not answer the phones and that is simply not the case here. The ladies in the front office are super sweet, professional and accommodating. We did our walkthrough with Marissa and my partner stated after we were done “ I would be friends with her. Love living here so far! Very spacious apartments and mostly quiet! (disclaimer im quite picky about where i live so take this review as you will) we just moved here in may, and all of my neighbors that i have met so far have been very nice! couple things that have gone wrong: there was one incident of fire alarms going off multiple times in the middle of the night with no emails or warnings and some of the maintenance guys are a bit stand off-ish but they are quick to work and good at their job. we constantly have other res... read more
