Went on the new years to remove my bio gel, the nail tech tried to remove the gel with her own nail, and then when that didn’t work she put my nails in acetone many times and kept drilling to remove the gel, I have remove Bio gel before it is normally removed with the correct material and doesn’t damage real nails. I came out with fragile and super sensitive nails, weeks later now and I still remove chunks of bio gel from my nails because she didn’t remove them well, never coming back

***Beware if you plan on getting a Bikini wax*** Horrible service, while getting a wax, the OWNER of the salon opens the door on me as I am lying on the table with nothing on from the waist down, exposing me to her male employee and a second person walkingto the back of the salon.
