Went on the new years to remove my bio gel, the nail tech tried to remove the gel with her own nail, and then when that didn’t work she put my nails in acetone many times and kept drilling to remove the gel, I have remove Bio gel before it is normally removed with the correct material and doesn’t damage real nails. I came out with fragile and super sensitive nails, weeks later now and I still remove chunks of bio gel from my nails because she didn’t remove them well, never coming back
