I was very impressed with the fast response and resolution to my questions. I was expecting the process to take a week or more, but they had me going in just a few days. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, gave me a lot of options. I really liked the fact that they weren't pushy and trying to make me take extra features that I didn't need.

One Source Solutions was a great help as we were moving from our house to a condo. They contacted companies for us, helped with Cable choices, and did not give any long spiels trying to sell any product. Things were offered, but not coerced which made it a pleasure doing business with them. Our contact person was polite and very patient, and a professional in his job.
