I rented a house from One Prop DFW beginning in June 2007. Honestly, I haven't had any major problems just a few here and there until recently. After the last inspection of the house a little more than a year ago, I was informed by one of the previous property managers that the owner of the house thanked me for taking good care of his property. ONEPROP is the worst real estate management company I have ever had the dissatisfaction to work with. IT'S THE PEOPLE THAT MATTER YOU BOZOS!!! PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
Crown Management is the worse company. I had 7 Property Mgrs. in a year. They returned my property to me with $15K in damages. They claim they do Property inspections, yet they miss $15K in damage. Check out the reviews on Yelp, they will tell you all you know. I have never written a Neagative review on any Company until today. They got more 1 ratings than I have ever seen on Yelp!

We have been living in a Crown Property for over 3 years now and have enjoyed the experience. We are moving and hope to find another Crown Property to rent again. The agents are helpful and responsive. Our requests for home repairs are always dealt with in a timely manner- our AC went out last July and they had someone out to look at it within the hour. I would recommend using Crown to anyone.

Read the lease carefully before you consider signing. Here are some of the highlights: -Management doesn't have to give any notice before entering. -Any Realtor has unrestricted access to the property via a keybox during the last 60 days of the lease without any notice.
