The process was simple and my interest wasn't as bad as some at 18% but what they do not tell you is that if they are paying off your loan to hold the title and transfer the balance to their company you are not getting a refinance loan. you are in fact not getting an auto loan at all. it reports on the credit as "other" or "secured loan" doing this makes it almost impossible to ACTUALLY refinance somewhere as most banks only refinance auto loans. The person who assisted me was so helpful and patient. I love your new process where I was able to sign and complete the loan process from the comfort of my home. This experience was so wonderful. The interest rate is a bit high but I was aware of this prior to signing the loan documents. Thank you
