RecommendedOne life has very clean equipment, friendly staff and is decently priced for a nice gym, yes I would recommend it to almost anyone, only complaint is the childcare is not open long enough. Would be nice to see them open when the gym opens so I could workout before going to work and dropping my son off at daycare.

Take caution before signing up with this gym. It’s nearly impossible to get in contact with their membership service to cancel a gym membership. I canceled my membership in May and three months later it’s still not finalized.

RecommendedOne Life Fitness-Windermere comes highly recommended for their amazing, knowledgeable and most friendly staff. you will be welcomed by pretty much everyone you come in contact with and made to feel comfortable. The facility has every piece of equipment imaginable to suit all levels of fitness as well as numerous classes. I highly recommend sitting down with Carlos to determine your physical state and then a trainer to design the best program for your goals. The trainers are the best!!
