I've been going here for four years. Mike is my trainer and he pushes me to blood, sweat and tears. Well maybe just sweat and whining lol. Great facility! Great people.
This is hands-down the best gym in the area and absolutely the best Onelife in Hampton Roads. Group classes are included in monthly membership and there are so many to choose from. Plus Norfolk is unique in its structure. 3 stories high and brick which makes for a raw and hard feel to inspire hard work. #gymlife #fitlife
