so hands on with trainers and classes. and what better way to run a whole hour than to watch a movie with surround sound. I love this gym and all it has to offer!

Onelife Norfolk is a great facility! Has all the equipment I need, the gym is always clean and kept well organized, and the staff is some of the friendliest I have ever encountered.
