It’s very friendly place to work out at.
I cannot say enough about this new gym! I have been to other Onelife facilities but nothing compares to this new one at Redmill. It’s huge and open and has a very friendly staff. Amazing amount of equipment and amenities for every age, size and fitness level. The manager Liz Cartwright takes a personal interest in every person that walks through the door. Bravo to the best gym that has opened in Virginia Beach in quite some time!
