I've only been here a couple of months but I LOVE it! Chose to go the professional trainer route, she is AWESOME! (Thanks Kahla, sorry if I spelled it wrong) Before coming here I was at Curves for 2 years and that was good for where I was in life (doing NO exercise) so it was a good starting place.
