I sent in a request Saturday morning and had a response in minutes and a scheduled appointment for first thing Monday morning (another company didn't even call back until Monday morning when O'Neill was already here working on the issue). The plumber who came (Tully) was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, careful, and the price was very reasonable (replaced the inner parts of a toilet and also the water supply line handle). Very satisfied with John and his team. They came by today and installed a new water heater. I called around and they were the most affordable… they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. These aren’t the kind of guys that cut corners.

Tom responded immediately to our urgent request for water heater replacement. He diagnosed issues that weren't up to code, including a potentially dangerous situation, and as he could not help us immediately, he referred us to a competitor of his, who could help us with this urgent issue. The reference was great. Tom also provided us with a quote, which was competitive. In recap, Tom was expedient, thorough, professional and focused on what was best for us. I recommend him highly
