Quick and helpful communication, fast scheduling, and good work! We were really happy with Tully. He listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to help solve our complicated plumbing problem. I also appreciate that he was very personable and even taught me some plumbing basics too. We will definitely be hiring O’Neill Bros. next time we have a plumbing issue!
Our basement mysteriously flooded during a flash flood last weekend and Chris came out immediately to help us diagnose the problem. He identified that the sump pump exterior drainage pipe had separated and was dumping water against the house and entering the house and the pump overflowed. He reattached it and made several water management suggestions around the exterior of our house. We are new homeowners and Chris was so helpful. I learned a lot from talking to him! This is the second time I’ve called O’Neill Brothers, and once again, they’ve exceeded my expectations - which is no easy feat. They arrived on time, as promised, and worked through 100-degree heat to repair our exterior spigot. I don’t say this lightly—having owned many properties and dealt with numerous plumbers, O’Neill Brothers stand out as my go-to team. They are consistently punctual, reliable, and professional every time I call for service.
These guys rock!! Backstory: We had a leak in our kitchen that was leaking into the basement. We initially hired another well reviewed plumber that said it was the kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. Good thing we got a second opinion! O’Neill Brothers came out and noticed a pin hole leak in the pipe leading to the basement. They replaced the leaky pipe and got rid of the out of code saddle-valve hooked up to our refrigerator.
