I recently purchased a New 2012 Buick Enclave from Ben Shoolin. I normally dislike purchasing cars, however, Ben made the experience as enjoyable as it could be. I needed an alignment on my 08 Buick LaCrosse, I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment, Mike D. told me to come ahead any time, I got there at 2:pm and I was immediately taken in and the work order was started, I was shown the waiting area which was very comfortable, and before I knew it the job was completed and I was on my way after paying a fair price for the job. Our salesman, Frank, was the best! My wife wouldn't let me buy a car from anyone else. He goes way above and beyond and we feel he has our back. Also, the service dept. at O'Neil is so obviously better than where I bought my last car. We have recommended O'Neil to several of our friends.
They are a great dealership and I am happy that I chose them to buy my new car. The sales and service are excellent. I would buy more vehicles from them when the times comes.
