We always come here for our car care because of the excellent service. Yesterday, I heard a loud noise come from my window area- drove directly here, and Dave diagnosed it as a broken cable line. He checked to be sure you had the part in order to get it repaired. Great service!
I recently purchased a New 2012 Buick Enclave from Ben Shoolin. I normally dislike purchasing cars, however, Ben made the experience as enjoyable as it could be. He was enthusiastic, very educated about the product and genuinely concerned about my happiness with the vehicle and my experience. I needed an alignment on my 08 Buick LaCrosse, I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment, Mike D. told me to come ahead any time, I got there at 2:pm and I was immediately taken in and the work order was started, I was shown the waiting area which was very comfortable, and before I knew it the job was completed and I was on my way after paying a fair price for the job. The reason I started to come to O'Neil Buick is that Mike Dedicato, their Service Manager, was the Service Manager at Foy Buick in Jenkintown when Foy closed their business. Mike had gone to bat for me on a 1986 Buick Park Avenue that had transmission trouble just a few thousand miles over the warranty time.
