This establishment didn't follow up with anyone to get my son's records, the physician was supposedly on vacation, so couldn't sign off on my son becoming a patient for almost 2 weeks. I was told that when the physician returned, he would sign off and I could call THEM back to make an appointment. I called on the day they told me to, the physician still did not sign off.
