I'd like to share my experience with this facility. After I was referred to Oneida Medical Associates by my general doctor, I called to set up an appointment. When I called, I very rarely got an answer. And, when I was "lucky" enough to speak to someone, I was quickly brushed off and told repeatedly that they were "reviewing my chart". We are so grateful for the wonderful care we have received from Dr. Reid . He is the best . Kind , compassionate and caring and takes time to listen to every concern . His staff is great and Taylor , Deb and staff always answers the patient portal very promptly . We have moved away to the Jersey Shore and miss Dr. Reid . He is a wonderful doctor!
