I went to donate on the Red Bus today....I was called about coming to donate as I am a routine/long time donor. I get to the bus with my 6 year and was told he would have to wait outside if it got busy. That is inexcusable! He is 6 and I was by myself! I have lost faith in One Blood! Shame on you One Blood!
I go to the office instead of the bus because I work near there. Always very friendly and quick with no waiting. Outstanding staff.
