Fair. Why the hell ya'll cannot fix your damn iron testers, or utilize a finger prick. We have been telling you for years the electronic test doesn't work, yet you refuse to listen. Here we are on our bi-annual blood drive, and good donors are still being turned away. Isn't it about time ya'll start listening???!!
I used to donate on the big red bus in Defuniak Springs and I did have an issue with one worker being rude a few years back. However, I received a phone call back in regards to my complaint promptly, and the issue was resolved. Since then I have started giving platelets at your Crestview office and Silvia is awesome! My husband Justus and I had a great experience on the Big Red Bus in Town Center, Palm Coast by Epic Theater today. Shereika and the other young lady who took our blood did a great job. It was my husband's first time and my second. I plan to give blood much more frequently.
I believe that blood draws are important for your own physical well being and for the help of others. I only give Commodity Circle the "fair" rating for the assistance in reviving me although it lasted for hours. It is not rating for the non-listening that I needed a slow draw or the lead judging my size versus quantity to take out because "I hadn't been there in months". I will have to think really hard for the next time for this 65 year old drawing from here or any.
I'm changing my review, I was contacted by a representative and they made up for the error. They ladies at winter garden village were amazing! Thank you!
