RecommendedJust got off the happy bus at the Broward Regal Cinema in Plantation. Kathie (didn’t catch her last name) preformed my mini physical and Eric Langston was my phlebotomist. I have been donating for 31 years and am that 12.25 gallons. More than half the time I am very disappointed with the attitude of the staff, but NOT today. Both were friendly with big smiles, they used great care yet worked quickly. We need more positive team work and customer care like Eric and Kathie demonstrated today. Thank you both! Happy Sunday!

We love ONEBLOOD!! So thankful for so many heroes that give. Our son is part of the OneBlood team in the Reference Lab in Fort Lauderdale. My friend Rob Gangi has given 27 GALLONS!! He gives back always!! We are so appreciative! Rob nearly died and gives to all those in need!! we love you Rob Gangi and OneBlood!
I really feel happy donating with Oneblood at St. Mary's in Altamonte Springs. Staff is really cool and make you feel at home. I'd donated twice and plan to keep donating at said place for as long as possible.
It is sad that Ms. Leann - the TL for the OneBlood (bus) at the AMC theater in Altamonte has a very bad attitude and discouraged me from giving blood after a was fully processed. I decided that I did not want her touching my veins after listening to her putting my veins down and saying “well you have small veins and you know the size of our needle” what happened to having a positive attitude.
