My husband and I donated blood at one of your busses this morning at the Walmart on 54 in Trinity- all I can say is what a great experience! Tom and Julio (I think we're their names if I remember correctly) were so wonderful! We were all laughing and joking and having a great time - they were so personable and friendly! Definitely made it a great experience. Would definitely recommend!!!!
Business response:
We are happy to hear that you had a pleasant experience. Thank you for stepping up and donating. You are both heroes! ❤️

This was a horrible experience from start to finish. As a Marketing Coordinator trying to book a drive for my company, I needed waivers signed to ensure the safety of OneBlood, as well as our own employees. I had to jump through hoops to get a waiver signed and almost couldn't have them at our location. After a week of struggling to get the waiver, they send it to me the DAY BEFORE the drive, after ignoring my calls all day. THEN, they arrive to the premise where they were specifically told that this was a private drive mean... read more

I just want to say that I had THE best experience today at your Hollywood, FL location. I am NOT good at all with giving blood (I always get very queasy and feel faint)....and Orlett and the awesome supervisor who signed me all in (I am so sorry that I don't remember her name...I am terrible with names, please forgive me) made me so comfortable and totally took care of me. I honestly was not sure if I would even be able to get through it, but these AMAZING ladies were there to make sure that I was fine, and were at my side t... read more

I want to express my deepest disappointment! I made an appointment to donate whole blood today (05/31/2020) at 3pm at the Marshall's 14093 S.W. 88 Street Parking Lot Miami, FL 33186 location. I am an international student from Europe here in Miami, FL. I come from a family where blood donations are a normal and regular thing. My parents donate all the time because they believe it saves lives and helps people recover. I wanted to follow their example, especially during these difficult times. My blood type is O+ and I believe ... read more
Business response:
Hi Denitsa, Thanks for reaching out. We too are disappointed you were unable to donate. As a blood center we are regulated by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and must follow all guidelines for blood donation. This deferral is simply a precautionary measure taken by the FDA and OneBlood to increase safety of the blood supply. More information on the FDA’s guidance is available. https://www.fda.gov/vaccines-blood-biologics/blood-blood-products/donating-blood-questions-and-answers
The crew on the bus today at Lowe's near Waterford Lakes was wonderful. Anamariel took great care of me!
Business response:
Thank you, Scarlet! ❤️
professional and friendly staff. A very positive experience in these troubled times.
Business response:
Joan, thank you for your positivity!
The staff at the One Blood in The Villages is amazing. Friendly and knowlegable, plus they use a device rather than a standard finger prick to test iron levels. Win-win. I will be a regular donor at this site. 💜💜💜
Business response:
Thanks Cynthia for being a lifesaver and posting a recommendation. We will forward your message to The Villages team. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Thanks!
