Always a pleasant experience and the staff is almost like family after all these years. If you have ever been in a cancer treatment ward, you will know exactly why I donate. 53+ gallons! Only suggestion is to get the platelet machines re-calibrated to draw faster like they used to; 100 minutes with your arm immobile while giving a triple unit is hard to do.

My husband and I donated blood today. We just wanted to let you know how much your staff were very professional and put everyone at ease. We plan to return in the future to donate blood again.
Pay attention to the patients! Hit the vein properly and do not hurt and damage your volunteers. I donated last week and the staff was busy talking and joking, but they missed and gave me a huge hematoma that will be with me for a while. I let them use the other arm, and I got a nice bruise on that one, too.

After seeing the pictures of what Crestview OneBlood did to a person who identified himself as a Deputy who came to donate blood,I would never go there.
