Ok so I try to be fair when it comes to posting reviews. I’ve donated here for years and have been friendly with the staff. They’ve always moved pretty slow at this location but with recent staff changes the pace at which they work at is just ridiculously slow. Show up at 10:23 for a therapeutic donation (no appt required prescribed donation), it’s me and another patient looking to donate. 4 staff at the location but only 1 person can do therapeutic services. Can’t tell u how much I was dreading this-have passed out just getting a blood test! Sad but true. So the idea of giving a jug was horrendous. But my tech Shamiah was calm and reassuring from the start-and just wonderful. I literally barely felt the needle and it was in an instant. All done within 10 minutes-so much easier than I imagined. Facility was nice clean and professional. Again Tnx to Shamiah for making something I was dreading no big deal
