Can’t tell u how much I was dreading this-have passed out just getting a blood test! Sad but true. So the idea of giving a jug was horrendous. But my tech Shamiah was calm and reassuring from the start-and just wonderful. I literally barely felt the needle and it was in an instant. All done within 10 minutes-so much easier than I imagined. Facility was nice clean and professional. Again Tnx to Shamiah for making something I was dreading no big deal
