I usually have good experiences donating here, but lately I’ve been coming across new phlebotomists. I understand everyone has to start from somewhere and needs experience to learn from their mistakes, but all of my mishaps have happened with new phlebotomists. I suspect the recent one tried to get out of drawing whole blood from me because she was obviously unconfident and nervous.
