they advertise promotions that are not true. then I contacted customer service twice - first lady said I would receive the bonus in 3 days, and the second lady NATALIE said I wasn't entitled for it because I donated after November 16th. On top of that, when I said their team was very incoherent and I wasn't going to donate again - she didn't apologize or anything - she just said: do you want me to remove your email from our communication list???? Just terrible customer service!!!
