I was instructed to sign in and wait then after sometime another lady staff member with an attitude said to fill the rest of forms to fill I felt like a fool and discouraged for the unexpected manner,guidance and good representation so walked out and left.
Terrible customer focus, I walk in, and Christine says to sign in and to wait. I wait 15 minutes at the front desk and no one ever came out. I felt like I was in the Twilight zone. Christine went to the back to eat while I was waiting. Dolores finally came to the front desk and then apologized but I walked out due to their lack of good customer service. The location is huge and they saw me pacing but did not bother to walk over from the back set expectations with me that I had to wait longer. There was only two donors so it ... read more
