delivered a half of truck load there on 02/09/26. Checked in @11:30am and was unloaded by 12:30noon. The gentleman at receiving was very helpful. Other than the place being tight I had a pleasant experience.
As a 30 gallon blood donor, I would expect my voicemails would be returned. I’ve been calling your Oviedo branch for a week. No one will answer. I’ve left several voicemails, no one will return my call. I finally went up to try a walk-in platelet donation and was told that they’ve been too busy for a week to answer the phones or return voicemails. Meanwhile, people were just sitting around. Unacceptable. While I normally make an appointment, I had a couple of questions that could’ve saved me a trip. RETURN VOICEMAILS.!!
I donated at the convention center while here for VMX. My phlebotomist Christene was absolutely wonderful! From her bedside manner to the actual needle stick, it was the perfect blood donation. Thank you Christene!
Judy and Mary were literally the best! I wish I could donated every weekend just to be able to be with them.
