Pleasant experience every time I go in for blood donations. Excellent reminder to keep well hydrated since it ensures the process goes as smoothly as possible. Staff are great as well as great at what they do.

This is my favorite place where I would like to donate blood. It is so clean and staff is so welcoming and nice. I would like to thank Joshua & Solimar for being nice, kind and professional person staff
All extensions are answering the phone and hanging up and disconnecting the call.
(11/2023) I generally don’t have a problem with this staff or location, but there was a guy who was obviously new and I felt like as an active donor I had to almost tell him what to do. He rejected my eligibility because my pulse was over 90. I was told many times the maximum was 100. A paper even said 100, too.
