I gave whole blood. They do platelets and white blood cells here as well. I prefer it to the Big red Bus. Nice waiting area and the ladies working were so nice. Going back soon.
Me and wife donate blood on one of the red bus on Feb 8 and until today we have not received our gift card or reward. My wife and I tried calling and no answer and then my wife decided to send a email and someone email her back ask for all the information and after a month the one blood employee answer her saying that there was no information in their system. This is unacceptable.
