I did a whole blood donation last Saturday. The promotion said I was supposed to get a $30 gift card. They only gave me $10. That is false advertising. I donate quite often. If this situation is not fixed, I won't donate anymore.
Absolute total waste of time. Went twice in one day and they refused my donation. Staff was not helpful. I will never ever go back and I suggest you look for another location too.
I would like to point out that my 16-year-old son went to donate blood yesterday, voluntarily, and was mistreated by an employee of this company that I have always admired. She mistreated him verbally and even physically. He became extremely nervous and cornered. An extremely good and polite boy. A rude woman who should never deal with minors. We will take the appropriate measures.
