Place was not busy at all. Waited 10 plus minutes no one bothered to attend to me. Walked out. Then they are begging you to donate.
I donated platelets today. The service is amazing. The place is very clean. The staff is friendly, and Wendy was very professional. You have an excellent team.
I'm very disappointed. I booked a platelet donation weeks ago at 12pm today. When I got there, people were on the machines and I was asked to wait 30 to 45 minutes. I left. Very very disappointed. It's bad enough that platelet donation takes along time, the least you can do is save us some time.
The donation was quick and simple and staff were lovely. The low rating is due to the smell in the building. The staff noted that they have requested the smell to be dealt with . However it has not been taken cared off. Almost made me not donate!
