The donation was quick and simple and staff were lovely. The low rating is due to the smell in the building. The staff noted that they have requested the smell to be dealt with . However it has not been taken cared off. Almost made me not donate!

Don’t ever go to this location, the staff spend their time eating and walking around, I was the only one on the waiting lobby and it took 30 minutes for the lady eating, Chatting and walking around to ask me if I was donating blood, Obviously I was… I wait 7 more minutes and they all keep chatting nonsense..(Over five plus staff members on the location) I got up scratched my name of the list and walk away to the bird road and 67 Ave location that I usually go there…Mills Drive location should have a PR training…or close the ... read more
Was given "free movie tickets" from Fandango. They weren't free, still had to pay $6.26. I bet they get plenty of $ for our blood to be cheap liars
