absolutely very good place to donate blood and plasma, everyone is very friendly and professional.
I am a regular blood donor , and have always been pleased with the service and courtesy provided by the phlebotomists, but today Saturday, September 7, 2024 On Biscayne Blvd, and 146 street ( publix) the phlebotomists in charge of the red bus were absolutely rude ( the guy and the girl) totally disappointed. I'm Not donating again. The previous time I donated full blood ,the lady phlebotomist was rough with my arm to the point of leaving an hematoma (bruise), but guest what? She was nice. these two lack manners when talking ... read more
