I was having trouble getting setup for phone access for our accounts. ******* was willing to stay on the line with me while multiple attempts were made to get us setup. She promised to stay with me until we could get everything working. Due to her determination and willingness to stick with me (for 30 minutes) we had success. Her patience and devotion to making sure this customer was well taken care of was greatly appreciated. Thank you, *******, you are a great asset to OneAZ Credit Union.
