I had a problem with a Official Check, cashier check, I purchased 2 checks, both in the amount of $500.00. Both to same address, one was delivered and the other never showed up. I mailed them both on 12-14-2021. On 01-05-2022, I attempted to place a stop payment on it at ********* branch on ************* but the action never took place. I was having difficulty with my banking app. And ******* went above and beyond to help me out. She had to put me on a brief hold and I managed to drop the call while waiting. Not only did ******* fix my problem after we got disconnected, but she was able to call me back to finish up and make sure I was able to log in to my account. Very pleasant and helpful to work with.
