Attempted to remove a blockage from my card after an authorized transaction. The customer representative went through the proper step to verify my identity. After the representative proceed to ask for a trivia of questions for 15 minutes. When I could not remember the tenth answer to her trivia game she then proceeded to claim the blockage could not be removed and therfore could not access my funds.
