Dr. O'Neal saw my husband for neuropathy and did all within his abilities. He referred my husband to a pain clinic. We have spent 30 days trying to get records sent from Dr. O'Neal's office to the pain clinic we chose. The person taking calls and forwarding records has been very uncooperative--when we didn't get her voicemail and actually talked with her.
