Apartment is great My dog and I love living at one west. The apartments and staff are really nice. The waffle bar event last month was really good and I would recommend living here.

Homebound and Still Happy Maintenance responds very quickly. Our apartment is comfortable with a few nice upgrades. I enjoy the social events such as waffle days. Free food is great, but being generally homebound gets lonely. They give back with frequent fundraisers. I usually get to know at least one new person at them. Our critters are very happy as well.

Friendly Service! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and was able to help me with all my questions as I was moving on. The apartments are high quality and in excellent condition and I would highly recommend One West for anyone looking to find a new place.

Top Tier Apartment This place has been such an awesome place to live at with my little family of 4! Got everything you would need and plus their summer parts are very awesome from a soda bar, pizza and amazing raffles prizes! High recommended to anyone that wants a very relaxed and great place to live at!

Highly Recommend Moving in was a total breeze. The apartment was clean, which was super stress relieving. The management was great at explaining each step. They're super nice and well organized. They are super great at communication, and do an amazing job at ensuring things are fixed quickly, and that your concerns if any are addressed. The grounds facilities are so nice.

Perfect for our family! Spacious, clean, very well maintained! Such much peace comes from having this home! We love it! We didn't realize how awful the last place we lived was, from the property management to the actual property it was just awful. So many hidden fees every month!

Love one west I love how friendly the office people are when you go in there ask questions or need help they're very helpful. Anytime I have needed maintenance. They come as soon as they can. Which is a lot of times the same day and they make sure they have the stuff with them they take care of what problems we have clean up after themselves. Very nice and polite, it's very quiet environment and friendly with kids!

Excellent Customer Service The two girls in the office have been so wonderful to work with. From answering all my difficult questions, taking time to show me several different apartments and recommending all the best restaurants in the area. I hope I can call this place home in the future!

Highly Recommend Very pretty property with tons of things to set it apart from others in the area. They girls in the office showed us all the floor plans and all of the perks that they have. We love the dog park and the Amazon lockers. We’re not moving until next year but wanted to get a head start looking at places. This is definitely the top contender on the list.
