I had an emergency rooftop leak and they stopped by the same day and had my store back up and running by the next morning. It's so rare to have anybody on-site the same day, and their work is top-notch. I also love that they send pictures of the work as they complete it. Highly recommend!

Our 10 unit Apartment building had a Water Heater outage emergency during New Year’s Day, 2026. We contacted The boss, Pablo and received service within the hour. I can't say enough good things about One Way Rooter. They came and found exact cause of the problem, which was about 120 feet from where camera entered, just outside of the building. It was a major problem but problem was located to the inches of the crack deep under cement. It was exactly the way One Way Rooter described when the ground underneath the cement was opened. Very professional, did everything they promised, very good quote/price. I'd give more stars, if I can!
