Saved my pool solar heater. Put a new roof on and asked some pluners to remove it carefully. Right, they tipped it of and tossed it, wow. JC from one up made it work again. Great company.
I went with this company and had solar panels put up on my roof in September 2024. Since I've had them, I have been still getting my bill from FPL, paying FPL, and Mosiac full monthly payments. I've went to the office over by Home Depot, I've been calling daily and leaving messages but to no avail. I've even sent Marie Prada an email showing how FPL still billing me full payments, I've tried talking to the loan company asking for help and I was told Ma'am, you still have to make your payments with us. Do not hire this company, they are a scam. We have been waiting for our solar panels to be up and running for a WHOLE YEAR and they have been dodging our calls for months. Gave us constant excuses about not having a technician to do the job. They took our money and never helped . We found out the battery they installed was an old battery that the manufacturers stopped making 4 years ago. Which is now a fire hazard in our home . The customer service is disgusting.
