The team at One to One Wellness really truly care about their patients. I have seen both Judith and Sarah for months now due to injuries and they go above and beyond to make you feel supported. I am very grateful for all their help!
The offering of virtual visits is a game-changer! My PTs (Kaitlyn) experience and expertise allow her to assess, address, and assign exercise effectively from a distance.
As someone who's worked in a Physio clinic and also has first-hand knowledge of other patient's Physio experiences in multiple clinics throughout the HRM, I can with confidence tell you this is an above par clinic. The space is easily accessible, clean, homey, and each patient has their own treatment room (no hospital curtains!). I came to One to One Wellness seeking care and support for ongoing health issues. While I received excellent attention from Judith (who has been nothing short of outstanding), my overall experience has been deeply disappointing. A nurse practitioner at this clinic ordered blood tests for me several months ago. Since then, I have received no results, no follow-up, and no response, despite multiple emails, calls, and even escalations to management. I was told more than once that I would be contacted.
