Beautiful house, unfortunately it's just a money grab. Advertised as a pet friendly house, paid an additional fee for the dog and then a $125 USD cleaning charge. Left the house in immaculate condition, reset everything, washed dishes, swept floors, etc. (despite the fact that I assume the $125 is so a cleaner can do this?) Barbara decided to not return the full $300 damage deposit because of dog hair, a broken plate and a missing glass- the plate and glass being things that we of course did not break or take.
