RecommendedDr. Cara is wonderful! I was blessed to discover her several years ago. I travel a lot so going to her on a regular basis for adjustments is critical for me to live at my best. I also love her holistic approach and herbal supplements. She is awesome!
I have been a patient of Dr Cara’s since she first started. Recently I began having pain in my neck and shoulder. After a few visits, and following her instructions I am 1000 percent better. Combination of adjustments, CBD cream, and other actions to relieve the pain I am feeling better and part n free! I continue to believe in the benefits of chiropractic care and Dr. Cara’s skill as a healer.

Dr. Cara is wonderful! I was so sorry to be moving too far away from my previous Chiropractor in Gainesville, but he recommended Dr. Cara and I couldn't be happier with her. My migraines have definitely continued to improve under her care. (And I love seeing her sweet dog at the office!)

I find Dr. Cara to be honest, thorough and an excellent chiropractor. I don’t get to see her as much as I would like to but I do love getting adjusted by her whenever I’m on that side of town.
I've been a practice member for 14 years. My whole family gets care (husband and kids). Dr. Cara is my family's first line of defense against sickness. We see her for wellness more than we visit Kaiser for sickness. I am very grateful.
Dr. Cara and her staff are absolutely incredible. I always feel welcomed and heard, and Dr. Cara is so knowledgeable about everything chiropractic and natural health in general.
