RecommendedAnother groomer refused to bathe and trim my dog because he was “too nervous”. The people at One Stop Pet Drop didn’t even bat an eye. But the true test was my dog’s response! Occasionally timid around strangers, my dog enjoyed her company, even asking for pets. Showing the groomer pictures of what I wanted and letting her know what was most important really helped to get the exact cut I wanted.
This place is awesome!!! The staff really loves what they do, and it shows. Misty has been treating my babies like her own. She truly is a dog whisper. My babies love her so much. She can do anything to them. I can see the passion and love that these people have for these precious babies. I have been so blessed to have them in our lives. Keep up the amazing work that you love.
I took my dog there at 7:00 am n at 4:33 she was still in a crate not cut or bathed n to top it off they never called me to let me know that they couldn’t get her done today. Bad service 100%

We have been taking our husky puppy there for 6 weeks now and she LOVES it. She has graduated from the little dogs to the big dog room :-) we have also boarded her and she is happy an well taken care of. She hates to be brushed and I have no luck with the nails, but she comes home happy when they do it! LOL

We brought our 3 large dogs in the other day for a bath and nail clipping. We normally bathe and clip them ourselves but it was an extra special treat to allow them a day full of pampering and socialization! They did a phenomenal job on our fur babies. They are extra soft, smelling good, and even received 3 cute bandanas. We will definitely be back!
Victoria is amazing and took such good care of our puppy! We will not go anywhere else!
