I take my fat mini pin there to get his nails done and they do a great job.

Had an appointment last week, they were sick no problem they rescheduled for this week. They are supposed to open at 9, no one was here till 9:30. Called 4 times to see when Huckleberry would be ready no answer and no call back. Came to pick him up at 3:45 because they close at 4, no bath has even been given said sorry you will have to reschedule! No thank you! Terrible customer service! Terrible experience, do not recommend at all!

One Stop Pet Drop saves the day for our dog. We went to PetSmart for a haircut. I received a call from them saying they would not be able to finish cutting him. Because he was biting at the clippers and it was not safe. I totally agree. She said she cut his body up to his head. We got back to PetSmart and I was in Shock. It was the worse half haircut I have ever seen. I took him to One Stop Pet Drop and they took him in right way. The Groomer was very gentle with him. Our dogs spent 5 days here while we were out of town, and they came back healthy, happy, soft, clean, and a little bit tired from all of the fun they had playing with the other dogs - the hallmarks of a successful vacation! I'm always anxious to bring my dogs somewhere new, but the atmosphere here was always really happy and relaxed, so I feel confident that my dogs experienced as little stress as possible being kept away from home. Highly recommend!
