After scheduling ahead because my business depends on this equipment, they "lost" my cylinder for a week. When they "found" it, they said that it would be another week out. I complained somewhat vehemently and inappropriately after which they agreed to put it together and return the equipment to me at no charge. It ran poorly for 2 hours before failing completely. Laurie, the owner really took care of me. I had a motorhome jack that was leaking and they took care of it in one day even though they didn’t say they could or I expected it. It was unbelievable. And then Joni helped me walk it out to my car and put it in. I’ll tell you what these guys are amazing

Small business yet big service. I brought them a relatively tough job replacing a large hydraulic hose on a piece of machinery but their tech Jason got it done and the pricing was great!
