Gutters I had gutters installed on my home and am very pleased with the results. I was very pleased with the price received from salesman Ken Brooks, who did a great job in explaining everything. I was getting a gushing waterfall from all of my roof valleys during heavy rainstorms. BEWARE OF ONE STOP HOME IMPROVEMENT In Feb 2011, they came out to do my trim and soffett in a blizzard. When the snow melted, I found all their garbage they left on the ground (nails, shaved metal, sharp metal pieces). The work looked like crap. I called and asked them to come fix it and they finally did in Oct. and all they did was hammer nails into the trim and the nails weren't even the right color. ONE STOP SUCKS Have a problem with my front window fogging up ,an inspector came out and said I should open my blinds to let the window heat up to solve this problem. I have windows in my house that have been in for more than twenty years with no such problem. Went to the showroom and the puppet of a recptionist said a new one would be installed in two weeks. KEEP SHOPPING This company is a joke. The had to replace a window once already and now its leaking water. They are blaming my window treatments!? Do yourself a favor and don't use these people. Their work is crap and their customer service is a joke! They have even gone as far as personally insulting me because I demanded them to fix the problem. Last time they came out to take a look the guy smelled like beer......
Bad work - Harassing Marketing These guys are horrible. They insulated my attic, but kicked up all this mold that made me sick and wouldn't help clean up at all. Also, despite me telling them to stop contacting me, they continue to harass me.
Gutters squared away! Recently had our gutters fixed up and gutter guards installed. We had alot of problems with water pooling up along our foundation. We went to their store and were able to pick out exactly what we wanted. Had a great experience from in store visit to completed installation.
